Our Medical Clinic

We have over 35 physicians and advanced practice providers volunteering at our clinic on a regular basis. These volunteer providers include specialists who are currently practicing, retired, and semi-retired and are committed to improving the health care of our community members.

Our General Medical Clinic services include the diagnosis and treatment for non-urgent and semi-urgent problems as well as the ongoing treatment for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and many other illnesses, who are uninsured with no other access to regular healthcare.

The Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic operates solely on private grants and donations. We recommend a $10 donation per patient per visit to help us continue providing care to our patients.

Walk-in services are available for those having an acute illness or injury. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 435-656-0022.

To be a patient and receive treatment at the clinic, you must meet our eligibility guidelines:

• Patients must not have private insurance or government-provided insurance such as Medicaid or Medicare.

• Patients must meet the financial guidelines of living 200% below the federal poverty level. View the current standards for FPL.
