Our Dental Clinic

Extracting diseased or broken teeth, performing dental fillings and root canal treatment, our Dental Clinic providers offer top-tier treatment to help you feel better.

Our Dental Clinic is staffed by area dentists, both retired and practicing, who volunteer their time on a weekly basis. Our dentists provide emergency, restorative, and preventative dental care. We require pre-screening for patients wishing to make an appointment with one of our dentists.

If you wish to make an appointment, you may come to the clinic and fill out dental paperwork or call us at 435.656.0022, extension 4. Our dental coordinator will call to schedule you an appointment with a dentist after she receives your paperwork or voicemail.

We do not offer crowns, implants, or dentures. We can refer to local dentists willing to provide these services if requested.

Services Provided and treatment costs

• Exam: $10

• Extractions: $40 - $50

• Fillings: $40-$80

• Root Canals: $120 (on front teeth only)

To be a patient and receive treatment at the clinic, you must meet our eligibility guidelines:

• Patients must not have private insurance or government-provided insurance such as Medicaid or Medicare.

• Patients must meet the financial guidelines of living 200% below the federal poverty level. View the current standards for FPL.
