Be the change that helps our community
At The Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic, we provide non-urgent and semi-urgent health care, specialty care, mental health services, and dental care for the underserved and uninsured community members of Washington County. We help people live their best lives by providing them with the health care they deserve and yet, are unable to afford it. We support working-class families that are struggling, working multiple jobs, supporting many within the home, and trying to make ends meet; yet still can’t afford health insurance or a doctor’s visit.
It is because of the spirit of volunteerism in our community that the Clinic has been successful in its mission. We are wholly funded by private donations and grants, receiving no federal funding. Our team of volunteer physicians, dentists, advanced practice providers, licensed counselors, and support staff provide care for over 15,000 patient visits to our friends, family members, and neighbors each year. Please help us be the change that helps someone in their time of need. Volunteers and donors continue to prove that we can — and will — take care of each other.
We don’t do this for money. We don’t do this for visibility or for good public relations. We support our community because we believe that a healthier community is a stronger community. Stronger communities create a greater quality of life for everyone within it. Stronger communities care about the individual. Stronger communities support those who need it most. We’re grateful to provide care and play a part in improving the lives of our community members.
